Montana State University Football

In 2016, we helped the Montana State University’s athletic department create a new food and beverage strategy for the 17,000-seat football stadium. The university wanted to reimagine the concessions and offerings to better reflect the population and student body. We helped the athletic department strategize on how to secure state funds to revamp the concessions. 

As part of the project, we built out a roadmap, delivered estimates on equipment, and spent time in Bozeman with athletic department staff to ensure they were set up for success as they lobbied for state funding.
